This is my experiment with my new Princeton Catalyst Blades, done on 9 X 12 canvas board, with acrylic gouache.

I used drawing paper with watercolor crayon, which I then wet, giving me the problem of warped paper. Is there paper that's smooth enough for crayon, but stiff enough to not warp when wet?
